    Our Epson dye-sublimation equipment prints your design in high-def directly onto a durable protective case shell.

    Pick up while you grab a coffee

    Your case is ready in about 1 hour. Grab a coffee at Lennox Village and collect it when it’s done.

How long does a custom phone case take and what does it cost?
A custom printed phone case is ready in about 1 hour and costs $49 (AUD). It is printed in store at Shop 7, Lennox Village, Emu Plains.
Which phones can I get a custom case for?
We make custom cases for iPhone (including a MagSafe option) and Samsung Galaxy S22 to S25, and can arrange Google Pixel cases in store. Call 0420 739 151 to confirm your exact model.
What kind of case is it and how is it printed?
Your design is printed in high definition using Epson dye-sublimation equipment directly onto a durable, protective 2-in-1 case shell, so the print is part of the case rather than a sticker.
What photos or designs can I use?
Bring a photo, a collage, a pattern, or your own artwork, or choose a design in store. Use the highest resolution image you have for the sharpest print.
Can I design my case online first?
Yes. Use our online case studio at /custom-case to design your case, then we print and have it ready in store in about 1 hour.
Where do I pick it up?
We are at Shop 7, Lennox Village, 1 Pyramid St, Emu Plains NSW 2750, 4 minutes across the Nepean River from Penrith CBD, with free street-level parking right outside. Walk-ins are welcome seven days a week.
