Device Condition Guide

Every device is tested before it goes on the shelf. These grades describe cosmetic wear only.

Brand New
Unused stock, sold as new rather than refurbished.
As New
Looks barely used. No marks you would notice on the screen or body in normal light.
Excellent
Light signs of use only. Faint hairline marks may show if you look closely, and the screen stays clear.
Very Good
Visible light scratches or small scuffs on the frame or back. Any screen marks are faint and do not affect use.
Good
Noticeable scratches, scuffs, or small dents from everyday use. The device is fully tested; the wear is cosmetic.

What Emu Plains customers say

★★★★★
Amazing and friendly service! I went to the Apple Store where they claimed my phone screen wasn’t fixable and I would lose everything on my phone. I would need to fork out $1499 for a new phone! On The Spot Mobile looked at the same damage and said yes we certainly repair that…and they did, replacing the screen and screen protector for $270. Now that was quite the saving. They even replaced another damaged part and realigned the sim slot for free! Highly recommended.
